Awards
• The Association for Developmental Disabilities Providers (ADDP), a statewide association representing community-based human services providers, honored Dr. Pepple for with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Award for her impact in the workplace and the community. In just one year, she has introduced an organizational diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging framework, a tool for creating a more equitable and antiracist organization, and has also developed several trainings that further the collective understanding of issues connected to DEI. Through her many conversations, Dr. Pepple has determined the next steps devoted to building the cultural competence of team members.​

Dr. Jessica Pepple was also named a Power 100 leader for the Worcester Business Journal, the most influential Central Massachusetts Professionals in 2024
