Learning through Coaching
Coaching provided by Dr. People is a developmental approach that builds a variety of contempetencies, for leadership, belonging, and inclusion. In coaching, leaders learn and grow from leadership coaching by building the following: leadership style, coaching style, communication style, active listening, and self-awareness.
Coaching is a process that helps individuals achieve their goals in creating and sustaining a culture of belonging. The key learning of coaching is that it is a collaborative and empowering approach that focuses on the individual's strengths and potential. Through coaching with Dr. Pepple, individuals can gain self-awareness, develop new skills, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back. Coaching can be applied in various contexts, including personal development, career advancement, and building a culture of diversity and inclusion.
